Designed to invigorate the mind and stimulate the flow of productivity, meeting space at The Iron Horse Hotel is anything but ordinary.

The hotel’s lower level meeting space, The Gallery, is home to original works by Wisconsin artists and offers a refuge from the mundane confines of more traditional conference rooms. An ample pre-function space with original fire doors and glass and steel stairway creates a memorable staging area for special events.

For corporate retreats and off-site meetings, the 5th Floor Executive Suite offers the 425-square-foot War Room, complete with an expansive conference table for 14 and complete AV/IT capabilities. Adjacent to the War Room is the 425-square-foot Sand Box, ideal for dining, socializing, brainstorming and breakout sessions. The suite includes a outer work stations, space for an executive assistant and private bathroom.
